They won't answer their phone, just a voice mail. They won't answer e-mails either. I ordered a three pack of Xerox toners three weeks ago. They advertise same-day shipping on UPS if ordered before 5pm. They immediately charged my charge card, show it's been processed, then no shipping indicated at all.
