		<description>Extremely poor customer service at qtoner.us . They won&#039;t answer their phone, just a voice mail. They won&#039;t answer e-mails either.
I ordered a three pack of Xerox toners three weeks ago. They advertise same-day shipping on UPS if ordered before 5pm. They immediately charged my charge card, show it&#039;s been processed, then no shipping indicated at all.</description>
